I need to get the following items from petsmart. Could you help me figure out there prices?

- Enough natural colored gravel to fill a 5 gallon tank
- A fluorescent light, 10 watts
- A 25 watt temperature adjustable heater
- Small carton/bag of aquarium salt
- Dwarf anubias
- Java fern

Thanks!!!

P.S If I can’t find one of these items at petsmart, where could I get it cheap besides online?

    Depending on where you live

    Gravel between 2.50 – 5.00
Lights for a 5 gallon depending on the hood and are they actually able to house fluorescent lights? Most have bulbs 1.25 Fluorescents 4.00
    Heater 4.99-6.99
    Salt not needed
Dwarf anubias (Should wait since this plant does better is very well lit tanks as well as established tanks) 2.50 – 3.50
    Java fern 2.50-3.50

All these can be purchased as well from walmart. Plants can be bought at home depot garden section or even a lawn and garden center that sells ponds.

What are you planning on housing in this tank?

Wal-mart has some aquarium supplies for cheap. They may not have everything you’re looking for, and I definitely wouldn’t buy any fish there, but you might start with Wal-mart, see what you can get there, then get the rest at PetSmart.

I bought everything I need from a From the Heater, Gravel, 10g Tank, Air Stones, Bottom Filter, and Different Fish Foods as a Plus, it came everything except the Filter (I bought a whisperer Filter) So everything was about $50 except the filter. So I’m going to assume everything in a 10g is under $100

Petsmart will match their online prices if you take a print out of the merchandise you want into the store with you.
