Shollia is right. Besides that, you don't need a heater, but it is good to have a test kit. I recommend API master liquid test kit for freshwater. Decorations and plants never hurt either! But definitely keep in mind the fish is going to need a bigger tank.
References :
You need to get a bigger tank. 10gallons is not enough for a goldfish. If it's still small, then it will only be ok as a temporary tank until you can get the goldfish a 20gallon tank at least.
That particular fish from what I've read can get up to 10inches long so it needs alot of room and VERY good filtration b/c goldfish are messy.
If you keep the fish in the 10gallon tank, you risk stunting its growth which will more than likely end up killing it. It will stop growing on the outside, but it's internal organs will not.
References :
sounds like ur good to go. but u might need to transfer him again in the future, black moors get pretty big! probably 20-30 gallons in the future! 6-10 inches not including tail is the average size for a well cared for black moor!

good luck!
