    Whether or not they …
Whether or not they are “happy” in the way that humans view happiness is moot. The 2 extra feet makes a huge difference, however, when considering water quality. Large fish are dirty and need a lot of maintenance, 50 extra gallons will make a gigantic difference in how healthy the fish will be. Bigger is better and imo 75 is way too small for a Peacock Bass, which can top out at 2 or 3 feet depending on the species.

    There are many many …
There are many many species of fish that should not even be for sale anyway, but if you can care for a PB for a while and give it a good home I believe it is your personal opinion on what size tank to use. (within reason and without stating the obvious)

  11. Trailmixx76 says:

    That depends on …
That depends on your view. more and more people are up in arms about tank size. I think a lot of people are getting to be to anthropomorphic with their ideas on how a fish feels. When you consider how big a “home range” any wild fish has placing them in even public aquariums fails. Does the fish really feel comfort the way that many project human emotions and feelings on them?? Is the fish “happier” with an extra two feet to swim in?? Is it a moot point considering the conditions in the wild?
