		<description>&lt;b&gt;Powerheads are OK ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Powerheads are OK as long as your anemones are well established and not likely to wander into them.  Otherwise, you need to use powerheads where you can protect the anemone from the intake.  Anemones like good water movement above them, not at their base.  I do not use a phosban reactor and cannot comment on that but I doubt if it removes white spots from fish.  What do you mean use a return pump?  What else would you use from the sump?</description>
