The music is Trois Gymnopédies: Gymnopédie No. 1 (Lent et Douloureux) happens to be my favorite piece my wife plays on the piano. Love the tank.. I have a 120gal reef tank not that nice though. it is a pleasure to see it thanks.
@mikethebike7
Yellow tangs can be kept in shoals.David did have a problem after keeping the shoal 4-5 years as they started to single out one member of the shoal after another. As the fish were orginally purchased as small 1-1.5″ fish this may have been due to sexual maturity,David replaced the bullied fish with another half a dozen and to this day the behaviour hasnt occured again. Water volume plays a large part in housing numerous tangs together
so beautiful, and this music is so peaceful…9 minutes doesnt do this justice, i’d love to sit in front of this for days
Wow!! is to say the least! I have a 45g reef tank that has been in service for 12 years. After seeing this tank, I have to get a larger one.

there is like 20 yellow tang lol.. gr8 tank.
@SteeleyGTi 2009 video he sold all his fish nearly dont have any hardly there now by aquarium solutions rep so then david did not need his 15,000 litre nitrate filter
and i got told david saxbys aquarium is 18,000 litres
@tashdog1
David still runs his Nitrate filter, the filter keeps Nitrates at 0 and adds to the over all stability to the system.David kept many of his shoaling type fishes and tangs, he’s aquarium re work in 2009 was to bias the tank towards LPS/SPS and adjust fish stocking to replicate a reef crest look to include anthias and other small fish that you would find swimming in the coral heads. The tech spec of Davids aquarium can be found at the articles section of the aquariumsolution website.
Absolutely amazing, the best i have ever seen.
