Can you use a circular fluorescent bulb found inside those fake motion aquariums for a real aquarium?

I was wondering if you can use a circular fluorescent bulb found inside those fake motion aquariums for a real aquarium/terrarium setting with live plants?
The side of the box says it’s 120V/9.5W, but i believe the actually bulb is 5W.

sure as long as you have the correct connection, no problem. The aquarium bulbs are made exactly the same.
