I’d like to see a federal law passed that requires ALL private and military watercraft to replace their propellers with water jets within 2 or 3 years. Because boats and ships with props are traveling food processors, smashing and chopping up animals everywhere they go.

well it’s more like …
well it’s more like we did it. we force otters into smaller ares and they mess with the percent of otters to food. there needs to be a fine balance between the two and if the balance is broken then obviously most food for them in that area is going to be wipped out. hows about doing some research before assuming things like this.
