    @bmwtypr …. Live …
    @bmwtypr …. Live rocks are not really essential but they do help the filtration from ammonia to nitrate =D So yeah it is helpful to add live rock to the reef aqaurium.

  8. JTMHollywood says:

    Oh I see, I did …
    Oh I see, I did mean to write there was live rock/some man made. What I ment a year back was, they only had the powerheads, filter, heater and some with the protein skimmer that were the only mechanical this running the tanks. Nothing more. peace.

  9. bmwtypr says:

    @JTMHollywood No …
    @JTMHollywood No you make me laugh…hahah. Now you are just contradicting yourself. Read what you wrote before you go rambling off. quote “Their tanks where only run by powerheads, filters and some with a protein skimmer, and their tanks where 100+ gal” so where’s the live rocks? peace out!

  10. JTMHollywood says:

    LOL, thanks for …
    LOL, thanks for making me laugh you little dumbass clown. No live rock is a natursl filtration! I didn’t say no live rock, I said not o ton of live rock! People like you make me laugh because of your stupidity. Have you ever heard of making your own live rock? It works great and you save a load of money. I have seen LARGE reef tanks done this way and it works and looks great. And they saved so much money!

  11. bmwtypr says:

    @JTMHollywood and …
    @JTMHollywood and you’re retarded too, live rocks are a natural filtration. It keeps your water parameters at a more stable state because of all the microorganism that eats leftover unwanted waste in your tank. So live rocks is not necessary but an essential element in a marine tank.

  12. bmwtypr says:

    @sv90010 yeah …
    @sv90010 yeah retard…$250 and that’s only a 10gallon that you have. Now imagine a 75gallon and up, more sand, more live rocks, larger lighting equipments, etc…lets say $1500 and up.
