What kelvin rating are your lights at?
4- 400 watt, 10,00k metal halide bulbs with 8- 65 watt, 03 actinic power compact florescent bulbs.
Do you have a sump? Where is it? XD I could never do a in-wall tank, I’d be scared.
There is a 200 gallon sump below the house in the filtration room.
why not have a yellow tang in that tank
one of my favorite “bread and butter” fish- don’t think that the purple tang would give it much of a break…even with that volume.
how beautiful
dimentions? gallons?
@apauln 600 gallons

Wow i love your aquarium i wish i could have a fish tank that big..
So how do you go about building a tank like this? Is it fiberglass around a wooden frame and how thick and is the front of the tank perspex or glass and how thick! Fantastic set up!! Have your fish bred?
The tank is entirely acrylic- 1.25″ thickness. The clown fish have laid eggs countless times but to no avail.
WOW This is awesome. Good Job man!
Saltwater or freshwater???
P.S if it is saltwater use Mandirin gobys
And if it is freshwater then get a catfish

do you quarantine the fish before you introduce them? what would you do if you got an ick outbreak having all those corals in the same tank?
how do you feed em food?
