A single Oscar will need at least 55 gallons alone. They get huge and produce quite a bit of waste. If you want an Oscar it will have to be the sole tank inhabitant.
You could definitely keep a pair of parrot cichlids in a 55 gallon, but I’m not sure how well they would go with crabs or lobsters. It might be fine, or the lobster/crab could damage your cichlid or your cichlids could eat them. Inverts are definitely part of their natural diet and they have the teeth to handle it.
The best thing to keep with cichlids is other cichlids. The problem with the ones you’ve selected is that they get extremely large and it’s hard to keep them with anything else. Oscars in particular take up at least 50 gallons on their own.
You can’t keep turtles with any kind of fish, unless you intend to feed the fish to them or have thousands of gallons of water. Fish are turtle food. Besides that, turtles get huge and produce a massive amount of waste, and need huge aquariums all to themselves.
