Nothing that will go with the parrots that’s for sure! If you mean for a small tank for just them and maybe in a small group, then you need to google apistogramma. Several apistos don’t get over 2 – 2.5" and are very pretty.
Ok, just to let you know, getting cichlids and keeping your other fish alive may not be the same option. Cichlids are terrible meat eaters and may only go with other fish that can hold their ground. ( mostly just other cichlids) As for under 2 inches… almost impossible. So if you want to keep your parrotfish, it may not be such a great idea.
First of all a parrotfish is a cichlid! Generally it’s a cross between a gold severum and a red devil. I’m not sure what this jellybean thing is but it probably means they are painted…. if they are blue, gree, purple etc… they are painted…. and the paint will fade. What is great about parrots is they are not an overly aggressive fish…. most of the time….. Check out the different Ram cichlids. They can also do well with giant danios, catfish, gourami’s, and even some of the bigger tetras. Beware though that parrots can get quite big. Just provide plants and ornaments so fish have a place to hide when the chasing begins.
I dont think there are any 2 inch cichlids that you can put with your parrotfish or else the parrot will them. Parrots are extremely aggressive and kill even other parrots when stressed. If i were you i would buy a 2 inch pacu which will go perfectly with the red parrot

Apistos are the only ones that get about 2-3 inches. Others get between 5 and 12 inches.

dont get a PACU
they grow to be 3 feet long
dont get anything else…your tank is prolly too small as it is
Don’t get bigger than 2 inches? –> definitely Apistogramma ramirezi or Ramirez’s dwarf cichlid.
A bit more than 2 inches: Lemon cichlid, Nyasa, Agassiz Dwarf Cichlid?…but I don’t think they get along well with Parrotfish.
Good luck!
its not always good to put cichlids with other fish but there own because they are a really aggressive fish try to get some that are not aggressive.
