I am looking at setting up a 55 gallon saltwater aquarium. I am wondering what all is need to create a tank that includes live rock and fish, with the option to upgrade to a full reef tank if wanted. I would like to spend under 0 on basic start up prices just including the tank, filter, gravel, ect. Not including fish, live rock, or a tank stand. If at all possible I would like to purchase this things from Petco.
I don’t think you will be able to set up a 55 gallon tank for under $400 it’s closer to $1000.
I would just keep saving
