What kind of aggressive fish could i put in my 55 gallon saltwater aquarium?

I am wandering what kind of aggressive fish i should put in my tank? i am looking for the largest, most aggressive fish i could fit in a 55 gallon saltwater aquarium, i really want something that most people dont have, i really want a grouper or wrasse, i realize most groupers get too large for my aquarium but i was wandering if there was one that wouldnt be too big? i am open to any ideas. thanks for the help.

Look into triggers. They are awesome to watch feed and they get massive. Picasso triggers are my favorite.

    groupers, dude they are massive.
go for something active, like a shark, be careful if you mix then though, they are active, they dont stop swimming ;D
or even the large catfish breed, that is, if you can find them

A 55 gallon tank would be too small for groupers or sharks. It sounds like you’re after a saltwater fish. Something that is aggressive but would also look highly impressive would be a scorpion or lion fish (the giant ones), slow moving but put anything in the tank and it would be swallowed in less than a second.

Lion fish, triggers, and boxfish are very tank built but rare and pricy.
