its a malawi cichlid

I could be wrong but it looks like a Johanni.
melnochromis interruptus is the scientific name.
and YES this is a malawi cichlid

I really like the silver sharks at 3:27
does anyone know how big they would grow to roughly?

They are also known as Bala sharks. They can grow up to 15 inches or 38 cm.
